Clients, Patients and Payment Policies
Effective March 1st, 2023:
Due to the the continued increase of costs of goods and the overwhelming demand for veterinary care, clients that no call/no show or same day cancel within an hour or less of their scheduled appointment time will be billed the amount of their office visit of $50.
Clients that arrive 10 minutes late or more to their scheduled appointment time must reschedule, no exceptions. We are very much a customer service driven industry and it is not fair for clients that are punctual to have wait due to another client being late.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all prescription refills. Due to current demand, manufacturer distribution, and ordering minimums, we cannot guarantee same-day refills. If you require a special order medication, kindly give us 48-72 hours to get your prescription ready. A $25 expedited prescripion fee will be applied to orders that require same-day delivery to cover distributor shipment costs to get the medication here by end of day.
All written prescriptions that are picked up in person or mailed for third-party pharmacy submission will not be released without the client signing a liability waiver. Once signed, this document becomes part of the patient's permanent record. Please note, as per our clinic pharmacy polices, we do not accept phone calls or electronic correspondence of any kind from any third-party pharmacy. Due to high costs associated with each provider's service fees, we do not accept Care Credit or Scratchpay.
We do not accept post-dated checks or payment arrangements. Returned checks will be subject to a $35.00 fee in addition to your outstanding balance due. We are a small, family-owned private practice and do our best to keep our prices low to offer the best care for your furry family members. At the end of the day, we must get paid in order to pay our staff that is working hard each day to provide our five-star services to you. Any invoices not paid in full within 90 days will be subject to interest. Any invoices not paid in full within six months will be sent to an outside collections agency to attempt payment collection. We are not responsible for collection fees.
