Clients, Patients and Payment Policies
Effective July 11th, 2022:
Due to an increase of costs and overwhelming demand for care, all new clients/new patients must hold their first appointment with a deposit of $50 at the time of booking. For surgeries and/or procedures the deposit will be $100. This deposit will go directly towards your office visit or surgery/procedure when you come in. We accept all major credit cards, including AMEX and Discover. No shows or day of cancellations will forfeit their deposit paid.
Existing clients that no call/no show or same day cancel within two hours of their scheduled appointment time will be billed the amount of their office visit of $50.
Clients that arrive 10 minutes late or more to their scheduled appointment will be subject to a late fee of $25. The veterinarian providing care for your pet has the right to reschedule your appointment if it will interfere with caring for other on-time appointments.
Due to high costs associated with each provider's service fees, we do not accept Care Credit or Scratchpay.
We do not accept post-dated checks or payment arrangements. Returned checks are subject to a $35.00 fee in addition to your outstanding balance due. If there is an extenuating circumstance regarding your pet's care, please speak to Jessica before agreeing to treatment. We are a small, family-owned private practice and do our best to keep our prices low to offer the best care for your furry family members. At the end of the day, we must get paid in order to pay our staff that is working hard each day to provide our five-star services to you.
